Corporate Structure

The BPF Pipes Group is managed by a Group Council comprising senior representatives from Member companies. A Group President and Vice President are elected from the Group Council for a period of two years.

The BPF Pipes Group employs a Group Director to undertake day to day management of the Group. The Director reports to the Group Council via the Group President.

Under the Group Council, the BPF Pipes Group is split into Technical Groups to cover all areas of interest to the BPF Pipes Group. Chairs of the Technical Groups are appointed from among the members by the Group Council.

All work is carried out strictly in accordance with the Competition Act 1998.
